The annual meeting of the HAGC Board of Directors will be held at "The California Hotel & Casino" at the "Maile Room" on the Mezzanine on Tuesday April 28, 2009. This room will be reserved from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for the meeting.

Hafa Adai Golf Classic has a contract with "The California Hotel & Casino" to block 80 rooms starting Monday, April 27, 2009 thru Thursday, April 30, 2009. The cut-off date for room reservations will be 3/12/09 ("Cut-off Date"). When calling to make your room reservation you must mention the Group Code; "A9FHAFA" under the Hafa Adai Golf Classic to receive the special room rate. After 3/12/09, you can call for your room reservation but it will be at the prevailing rate which is higher than the special Group Rate.
